  • Service fees paid to AINiT Consultancy Services are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the circumstances outlined below.
  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Provided: If AINiT fails to deliver the agreed consultancy services due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  • Client Withdrawal: If a client chooses to discontinue the service before work has begun, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative fees.
  • Government Fees & Third-Party Costs: Payments made to government agencies, embassies, or third-party service providers (e.g., medical exams, police verifications) are non-refundable and beyond AINiT’s control.

  1. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Visa Rejections or Delays: AINiT is a consultancy firm and does not guarantee visa approvals. Any rejections or processing delays by immigration authorities are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund, please refer to the service agreement.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Information: If the client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information leading to application rejection, no refund will be issued.
  • Failure to Submit Documents: If the client fails to provide required documents within the specified timeframe, refunds will not be granted.
  • Change of Mind: If the client decides to discontinue services after significant work has been completed, no refund will be provided.
  1. Refund Request Process
  • Clients must submit a written refund request via email or official letter.
  • Requests will be reviewed within 15 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method.
  • Please refer to the service agreement.
  1. Modifications to This Policy
  • AINiT Consultancy Services reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
