- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Not Provided: If AINiT fails to deliver the agreed consultancy services due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Client Withdrawal: If a client chooses to discontinue the service before work has begun, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative fees.
- Government Fees & Third-Party Costs: Payments made to government agencies, embassies, or third-party service providers (e.g., medical exams, police verifications) are non-refundable and beyond AINiT’s control.

- Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Visa Rejections or Delays: AINiT is a consultancy firm and does not guarantee visa approvals. Any rejections or processing delays by immigration authorities are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund, please refer to the service agreement.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Information: If the client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information leading to application rejection, no refund will be issued.
- Failure to Submit Documents: If the client fails to provide required documents within the specified timeframe, refunds will not be granted.
- Change of Mind: If the client decides to discontinue services after significant work has been completed, no refund will be provided.
- Refund Request Process
- Clients must submit a written refund request via email or official letter.
- Requests will be reviewed within 15 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method.
